What is Fueld?

Fueld is a female friendly weight loss program designed by a busy mom to help others
lose weight in an easy way.

After you join you will be assigned a group to start in. Simply select 1 item from the 5 categories within your group (breakfast, snack, lunch, dinner, dessert) and eat! That’s it! The wide variety of menu items can accommodate anyone; including those with food allergies, those abstaining from particular products in a diet, and those that require certain foods in a diet. It is also not necessary to exercise in order to see results while following this program but as always, the more you move the more you lose!

Who created Fueld?

Hi! I am just a mom of 3, dieting. I am not a certified nutritionist nor am I a celebrity chef. I am just a mom, who after years of pregnancies and mandatory weight loss, has figured out a way to lose weight without feeling starved, giving anything up, or taking anything unwanted. I took my knowledge and consideration of calories, fats, and fiber, and did all of the work for you in order to make it as simple as possible. I hope you love it!

How exactly does Fueld work?

Sign up. Reply to the welcome email with your age, height, and weight. You will receive a response within 24 hours instructing you on which group to start in and when to begin to move down and change groups. Within each group there are 5 categories (breakfast, snack, lunch, dinner and dessert). All you have to do is pick one item from each category and that’s what you eat for the day. It does not matter what time of the day you eat any of the items, but you have to make sure to eat everything within the 24 hour day. Basically, you are custom picking exactly what you want to eat each day. The items include quick and easy on the go things for us busy moms and working ladies as well as ones that you can spend more time on cooking and perfecting for days that allow us more time. The approved foods are not limited whatsoever; Of course they include fruits, vegetables and proteins but they are also inclusive of carbohydrates, sugars, red meats, dairy, and much more. There is also an entire list of “Free Foods” or foods you can eat any amount of at any time. Fueld has been proven to work for many participants who follow the program correctly.
