Frequently Asked Questions
After you sign up for a membership and complete the member registration form, you will receive an email within 24 hours telling you which group to start in and instructing you on when to switch groups.
There are two answers to this question; 1) When you reach your personal goal weight you have set for yourself and are comfortable at, OR 2) When you reach the recommended weight given to you by a healthcare professional. We always recommend and assume our members will reach out to a healthcare professional before beginning the diet so that together they can come to an agreed upon weight to achieve and maintain.
There is no real maintenance program to follow once you have been Fueld. After you lose the weight, you will be equipped with the tools and knowledge regarding portion control and making smarter choices at the grocery store and out to eat. Everyone needs leniency, so you will have the freedom to stray from the diet but the discipline and familiarity to get back on track when needed. The best part about this program is that there are no restrictions whatsoever. No one is starving themselves or depriving themselves of food they want or need. If you notice some slow weight gain creeping back up while in the maintenance stage, just hop back on the diet where you left off until you are right back down to the weight you were happy at. During maintenance, we recommend following the diet during the week and being free to indulge on the weekend. Our website is constantly updating with new foods, meals, and recipes and we love getting recommendations from our followers of things they would like incorporated into the program as well. We can make anything work!
